Alles anzeigenHallo,

Hello,
to point number 1:
Faction Rulebook §14 Warnings 14.1 | Issuing warnings to a wanted player via voice chat is the primary way, chat is the secondary way.
So actually a cop should also chat with you. But I could also imagine that the chat might be overlooked because most people are using voice chat.
As far as I remember correctly, you also used voice chat in the past.Regarding point number 2:
Is probably more of a script problem then. Maybe it's supposed to motivate you to unlock certain things?
Regarding point number 3:
I actually thought that the launcher was mandatory for all players by now anyway. Back then, there were huge discussions about the introduction of the launcher. But now it's more standard for servers to have their own launcher. Personally, I'm not a fan of this, but it's up to the project managers to decide. And then the players have to decide whether they want to download extra software. Nobody is forced, but yes, the launchers generally bother me too.
Best regards

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback
Fast a few comments from my side:
Point nr1:
The cop didn't chat with me, and he also read the message (as I asked him later about the situation, they [both of them] admitted they saw it).
In the past (when I was a cop) I also used voice chat, but since I am a civi I don't use it anymore (not even using headset for most of the times, only in very rare exceptions, if some1 directly wants to talk with me, but its also rather on Discord/TS, than ingame).
Point nr2:
Based on my experience, or the players who I am talking with already said, they are just playing because of tradition/old memories, and not really because of the ingame function. Once I come online, and see I can't do the daily quests, and also got no friends online, then I rather go offline.
But if we want to motivate players, then instead of "do an xy (unlocked thing)" could be "earn X amount of XP at Y job". And once the thing is already unlocked (or can be unlocked), then would such quests come.
Point nr3:
If you take a look at big servers, where there are 1000s of players, then they might also have a Launcher, but you can still use RageMP (or FiveM) to connect. And you can also go to any faction without Launcher there. I feel it useless to force it onto faction members. But as you said, its the decision of the managers (but I am also not in a faction bcs of these, and still many players ask why I am a civi).
Best regards,
